In addition, proposals were made for the revision of Part 3 of Article 122 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan concerning liability for sexual intercourse or other acts of a sexual nature with a person under the age of sixteen.

There are two hospitals in the area. The Enbekshikazakh IMB employs 298 doctors, 1286 nurses and paramedics, and 66 doctors and 211 mid level medical workers in the Shelek village hospital.

The senator spoke about the innovations that come into force on January 1, 2020, in particular, the introduction of compulsory health insurance. At a meeting with doctors and medical workers, the new State Health Development Program for 2020 2025 was also discussed, the main purpose of which is to ensure high quality and affordable healthcare. In general, this program is supported by doctors, however, in their opinion, its implementation is doubtful.
