Senate Committee considered conditions for investments b/w Kazakhstan and Slovenia

The Senate’s press service reports the Convention and the Protocol were concluded in Astana on March 10, 2016.

The aim of the Convention is to strengthen and expand economic cooperation between Kazakhstan and Slovenia creating favorable conditions for investments.

The Convention is a bilateral international treaty eliminating double taxation. Each Contracting State shall provide the taxpayer the opportunity to pay the tax only once – in one of the contracting states. Other state gives a credit on the amount of tax paid or exclude from taxable gross income.
