Sanitary requirements for entrepreneurs becoming obsolete – Seksembayev

by January 19, 2017 Market

“The checklist contains a lot of unnecessary and obsolete requirements, some are absolutely illogical”, – said M.Seksembayev.

As he stated, at the moment, the checklist of sanitary requirements consists of 83 claims, 32 of them are related to trade objects, 22 – to the food industry and 46 – to catering.

“All of these requirements are combined in a single sheet. Accordingly, the inspection shows that requirements are suitable for all areas. It can serve as a condition for corruption. In both cases, the business suffers”, – the expert noted.

These standards are being worked out to reduce.

“We started to reduce these requirements and separate”, – assured the head of the department.

M.Seksembayev also drew attention to the ban on night importation of products in sales points located in residential buildings.

“In some cases, small businesses are attracted by the court, but soon they are exempted due to lack of violations”, – he concluded.
