Rustem Bigari appointed Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan
By Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Rustem Bigari was appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Rustem Bigari was born on February 20, 1976, in Kokshetau. In 1999 he graduated from the Sh. Ualikhanov Kokshetau State University, majoring in Informatics and Computer Engineering; in 2015 �completed his Master’s at Boston University (USA) with a degree in Information Systems, specializing in Cybersecurity, he is a Bolashak scholarship holder. Has a PhD in computer science, control and management.
He began his career in 1999.
From 1999 to 2003 he worked in the United Nations Development Program in Kazakhstan. Since 2003, in the JSC National Information Technologies. From 2006 to 2009 he worked in the Executive Office of the President in the following positions: chief expert, consultant, head of the informatization sector.
From August 2009 to the present, he held the post of Deputy Head of the Informatization and Security of Information Resources Department of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He was awarded the state decoration Yeren Yenbegi Ushin, jubilee medals.
