Ruslan Yensebayev appointed Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan
By Order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ruslan Yensebayev was appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Finance.
Ruslan Yensebayev was born in 1981 in the village of Stepnyak, Akmola region.
In 2005 he graduated from the Institute of Management, in 2013 � the Kazakh National Technical University named after K. Satpayev, in 2016 � from the International Information Technology University.
He began his career in 2001 as the leading specialist of the RSE Center for Informatization of Financial Systems.
He held executive positions in National Information Technologies JSC, Kazakhtelecom JSC, National Infocommunication Holding Zerde, National Atomic Company Kazatomprom JSC.
Since June 2017, he held the post of Chairman of the Board of NIH Zerde JSC.
