Ruslan Dalenov appointed First Deputy Minister of National Economy
By the decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ruslan Dalenov was appointed First Deputy Minister of National Economy.
Ruslan Dalenov was born in 1975. In 1999 he graduated from the Marmara University in Istanbul (Turkey) with a degree in economics.
He began his career in 1999 in the Ministry of State Revenues of the Republic of Kazakhstan and held positions of the leading specialist, the head of the department, deputy head of the administration, the head of the administration.
From March to September 2002, he held the post of head of the department for revenue analysis and forecasting of the department for revenue analysis and forecasting of the Ministry of State Revenues. From September 2002 to May 2003 worked as the head of the administration of current revenues of the department of revenues, conventions and contracts of the Ministry of Finance.
From May to September 2003 – head of the department of revenue analysis and current forecasting of the Tax Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 2005 to 2008 worked in the private sector. From March 2008 � Deputy Minister of Finance.
He is married and has three children.
He was awarded the medal “Yeren ebegi ushin”, the jubilee medal, the Karzhy kyzmetinin uzdigi award pin of the Ministry of Finance. He is a member of the Nur Otan party.
