RAILWAY WORKERS HAVE IMPROVED THEIR SKILLS
Specialists of JSC KTZh Cargo Transportation were trained on the topic: Organization of cargo transportation in transshipment of transboundary stations at Almaty railway station.
The trainers were organized by JSC NC KTZ and JSC NC KTZ Center for Development and Evaluation of Rail Transport Personnel as part of a pilot project to improve the vocational training program on the basis of Railway Partnership Organizations (OSO).
Employees of railroad workers, transport and forwarding organizations have increased their knowledge and skills in professional work. They have studied the changes in transport law and tariff policy related to the organization of international transportation, regulatory legal acts regulating the activity of railways of Kazakhstan and China.
The lessons were also about export, import and transit traffic planning through interstate jointstock Dostyk and Altynkol.
Specialists gained knowledge gained by importing and exporting cargo shipment at Altynkol station.
Participants of the seminar got acquainted with the working technology of the station, the automated control system, the process of loading of cargoes with the load of 1535 mm from the undercarriage, 1435 mm of rail cars, the interaction with customs, border, phytosanitary and other services.
During the training, there was a structured interview, exchange of views and recommendations. Together with the theoretical knowledge, we have seen technological process of border stations. Altynkol is ready to increase freight traffic. The acquired knowledge will be in our daily work, said Kunsinai Baitulekova, a senior cashier at Almaty1 station.
Specialists were awarded with certificates upon completion of the training.
