Project management of the Third Modernization of Kazakhstan: Issues of regional development discussed in Ukimet Uyi
Today in Ukimet Uyi, Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev held a regular teleconference meeting on the current status of work within the framework of project management of the Third Modernization of Kazakhstan.
The discussion covered preliminary reports for nine months and plans until the end of 2018 regarding the work of Akimats of Akmola, Aktobe, Zhambyl, Pavlodar and North Kazakhstan regions.
Regional Akims M. Murzalin, B. Saparbayev, A. Myrzakhmetov, B. Bakauov, K. Aksakalov via video-call delivered reports on measures taken to implement project portfolios and to achieve targets and execute measures on initiatives in the context of project management.
The analysis covered areas of basic industrialization, development of transport and logistics, the agro-industrial complex, fuel and energy complex, tourism, trade, education, health care, mass entrepreneurship, digitalization of the economy and ICT development, attraction of investments, and productive employment.
During the meeting, comments were also made by the Ministers of Education and Science Y. Sagadiyev, Healthcare � Y. Birtanov, Information and Communication � D. Abayev, the First Deputy Minister of Investments and Development R. Sklyar, and Deputy Ministers of National Economy M. Zhunusbekova, Energy � B. Akchulakov, Agriculture � B. Beisengaliyev, Labor and Social Protection of Population � S. Zhakupova, Culture and Sport � Y. Kozhagapanov.
