An agreement was signed on a public-private partnership (PPP) for the construction of a recreation center in Kara-Suu region for a total amount of 55.2 million soms, the PPP Center reported.

The land plot in the village of Toloikon, where it is planned to build a new a recreation center, belongs to the branch of the Osh Interdistrict Production Association for Heat Supply.

The agreement was signed between the Kyrgyzteploenergo state enterprise and the winner of the competition, Allaberdi LLC.

In accordance with the Agreement, Allaberdi LLC, at the expense of its own financial resources, undertakes to carry out the following types of work:

1) Construction of a water park with children’s and adult pools;

2) Construction of a guest house, cottages and trestle beds;

3) Construction of a sports facility;

4) Modernization of the irrigation system, improvement, gardening of the site and landscape design of the territory.

In addition, the private partner provides for the annual payment of the PPP to the State partner according to the schedule agreed by the parties.

The term of the Agreement is set for 30 years. The amount of investments amounted to 55,284,000 soms

Upon completion of the project, the private partner returns the land plot to the state partner with the preservation of the property complex.
