Prime Minister tasks to optimize the public services provision, to reduce costs for business
At the Government meeting focused on the Presidential Addresss implementation, Prime Minister of Kazakhstan N.Nazarbayev instructed the state bodies to create favorable conditions for business and optimize the processes of public services provision.
A day earlier, the Head of State N.Nazarbayev in his annual address to the people of Kazakhstan outlined the main priorities of the countrys development in the near future.
The Prime Minister noted that one of the priorities is a dramatically improved and expanded business environment. In this regard, one of the most important strategic objectives is to ensure the 50%-contribution of SME into GDP by 2050.
To achieve this, we have adopted the program for productive employment and mass entrepreneurship development. All the mechanisms of its implementation are defined and financially secured. The effectiveness of this program depends largely on the effectiveness of the akims. The Head of State noted that the number of jobs created will be one of the key criteria for assessing the activity of the Government and akims, B.Sagintayev noted.
In this regard, the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of Population was instructed to develop digital indicators for each region based on the opportunities and tasks set for the creation of new jobs.
The Prime Minister also instructed to develop measures to reduce all types of costs for business and optimize the public services provision.
The Ministry of National Economy jointly with the Atameken Chamber of Entrepreneurs shall develop the system measures to deregulate business until July 1, B.Sagintayev emphasized.
