Prime Minister takes part in Kazakhstan-Israel Business Forum
Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev participated today in Kazakhstan-Israel Business Forum held in the frames of official visit of Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
B.Sagintayev stressed the large work conducted in Kazakhstan to create favorable conditions for investors. In addition, there are special economic and industrial zones in Kazakhstan, which also contribute to favorable business.
Kazakh Prime Minister listed infrastructure, agriculture, new technologies and innovations as the highest priorities of bilateral cooperation. B.Sagintayev also stressed the large prospects for cooperation under the public-private partnership.
With due regard to the extensive experience of Israel in this matter, we are ready to work jointly, and invite you to collaborate not only under the large-scale investment projects, but also in the SME, using this mechanism to invest in Kazakhstan, B.Sagintayev noted.
The Prime Minister concluded the speech by noting that the forum being held will open new avenues for interaction of Kazakhstan and Israel business.
Since January 1, 2017, Kazakhstan introduces visa-free regime for the citizens of Israel.
As of November 1, 2016, 112 enterprises with Israeli capital are operating in Kazakhstan. The FDI inflow from Israel amounted to $214 million from 2005 to the first half of 2016.
