Prime Minister reviews development of public-private partnership in West Kazakhstan
Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev during his working trip to the West Kazakhstan region got acquainted with the work of a preschool children’s organization built within the framework of public-private partnership.
During his visit, Prime minister was informed on the current activities of the kindergarten, as well as shown lessons of the institution’s development unit.
Zhangir Khan” kindergarten, designed for 200 seats, was built using the principles of public-private partnership. The institution has offices for teaching computer literacy, hobby rooms, self-knowledge classes, as well as a creative studio.
It should be noted that according to the Presidential Address, public-private partnership must become the main mechanism for developing infrastructure, including social. The PPP mechanism, aside from constructing and supporting infrastructure of educational facilities allows saving budget funds, as well as provides ample opportunities for businesses to implement projects on favorable terms.
