Prime Minister of Kazakhstan instructs to monitor disbursement of funds in regions within “Nurly Zhol” program
At the meeting of the Government of Kazakhstan held in a selector mode Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev heard reports of akims of regions on disbursement of funds allocated in the framework of “Nurly Zhol” state program.
Following the reports, Prime Minister noted that the regions are to accelerate and reorganize the work progress. He elaborated on the housing and public utilities.
“It turns out that we have reconstructed only 385 km in 2 years! According to the plan, 1100 km to be reconstructed this year. I am concerned with the question: Do we have time? In this regard, I ask to take these issues under control. Askar Mamin, please check the struggling areas, so that later we will not end up in a bad situation,” B.Sagintayev addressed to First Deputy Prime Minister Askar Mamin.
The Prime Minister of Kazakhstan asked the governors to pay more attention to these issues.
“Not without a purpose I said to Nurlan Nogayev (Akim of Atyrau region) that huge amounts of money are allocated for development of infrastructure under the Business Roadmap-2020. This is a big support for small and medium-sized businesses. Developed infrastructure will ensure the reduction of production cost, etc. Therefore, we need to accelerate and reorganize the work progress, B.Sagintayev concluded.
