Prime Minister of Kazakhstan instructs to develop a comprehensive plan for prevention of offenses before year-end
During the Government meeting Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev has instructed the Ministry of Internal Affairs to develop a comprehensive plan for the prevention of offenses in next three years until December 1 of this year.
“I instruct the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan jointly with all state and local authorities until December 1 to develop and in accordance with the established procedure to submit to the Government a draft of comprehensive plan for prevention of offenses in next 3 years before of this year,” B.Sagintayev claimed.
The Prime Minister noted the need to enhance the work in this direction.
“We need to review and organize the work truthfully relying on the population,” B.Sagintayev said.
At the same time, the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan instructed the akims to strengthen the local police service in accordance with the Plan of the Nation.
“It is necessary to install surveillance cameras everywhere, to implement intelligent systems on the principle of “Safe City”, “Safe yard”, “Safe School”. In this regard authorities will be heard as well,” B. Sagintayev said.
