Prime Minister: New employment program to focus on creating permanent jobs
Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev instructed at the Government meeting to complete approval of a new program on productive employment and mass entrepreneurship and to introduce it for approval as soon as possible.
The Prime Minister noted that the program elaborated significantly changes the approaches of work with the unemployed citizens.
If earlier we focused on temporary jobs within Employment Roadmap 2020, now we shift only to permanent jobs through training. Most importantly we give people the opportunity to start their own business and create new jobs. The executive bodies are determined, the powers are distributed, including of local executive bodies, B.Sagintayev said.
The Prime Minister instructed to complete all program-related preparatory works and submit it for Governments approval until December 15.
In accordance with the instruction of the Head of State, the Government has elaborated the program on the development of productive employment and mass entrepreneurship. The program aims at increasing the income of self- and unemployed by creating conditions for their productive employment.
