Prime Minister instructs to raise awareness of the population on civil residence registration rules

Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev instructed the ministries to conduct broad awareness-raising campaign on the norms and rules of temporary residence registration.

Society and media are actively discussing the introduction of temporary registration of citizens. There are many questions and not enough information. There are queues at PSCs, B.Sagintayev noted.

The Prime Minister instructed the Ministry of Internal Affairs jointly with the Ministry of Information and Communication to conduct large information campaign on explaining the innovations and making the registration process extremely operational. B.Sagintayev noted that this task also refers to the Government for Citizens State Corporation.

B.Sagintayev noted that the citizens must be given the opportunity to register in at a convenient time with the largest number of operating windows at PSCs and a sufficient number of service operators provided.
