Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev discusses prospects for further cooperation with the “Total” company management
Today, on the threshold of the 30th plenary session of the Foreign Investors Council, Prime Minister Bakytzhan Sagintayev met with Vice President of Total Exploration and Production Company for Continental Europe and the Caspian countries Bernard Clement.
The meeting discussed implementation of the “Total” North Caspian project and ensuring production and environmental safety during the Kashagan field operation.
In addition, they also considered further prospects for cooperation, including the creation of joint companies, which will promote the introduction of advanced technologies and create new industries in Kazakhstan within the framework of “Modernization 3.0”.
Total is one of the world’s largest oil and gas companies, which develops deposits, produces oil and gas, engages in various types of oil refining and synthesis, and produces a wide range of chemical products.
