Preventive control instead of spot checks
In Kazakhstan, a new institute of preventive control has been introduced to replace spot checks.
The new institute of preventive control is introduced instead of spot checks. It will allow building partnerships between business and government, will increase confidence in regulatory bodies, said Aslanbek Dzhakupov, director of the development department of the Ministry of National Economy, at a press conference in the CCS.
According to him, the Ministry of National Economy is now endowed with the function of control to support and protect the rights and interests of private entrepreneurs.
This competence gives the right to inspect any government agency for compliance with the procedure for state control in relation to entrepreneurs, as well as the procedure for issuing permits and licensing procedures and the procedure for providing state support measures, added Aslanbek Dzhakupov.
According to him, in terms of compliance with the requirements of the law, not only businesses, but also government agencies are subject to inspections. As part of these control measures, compliance with the requirements of legislation by the state bodies and, most importantly, the observance of the rights of business entities will be monitored.
