Peasants of Atyrau region cannot receive subsidies for water supply

Senator Sarsenbay Ensegenov held a number of meetings in the Atyrau region.

The first meeting was held at the regional branch of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The event was attended by employees of the Academy, civil servants of the regional Department of the Agency for Civil Service Affairs, deputies of the city and regional maslikhats.

The Senate deputy familiarized the participants with the laws adopted by the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The senator believes that important aspects of laws are the solution of social issues aimed at improving people’s well-being.

During the meeting, the deputy of the upper house of the Parliament was shown the audience of the new building of the Academy branch, equipped with new advanced technologies.

As part of a working trip, Sarsenbay Ensegenov met with residents of the Kamyskal rural district of Isatai district. In his speech, the senator introduced the participants to his legislative work for 2019. Thus, on February 15, 2018, S. Ensegenov at the plenary meeting of the Senate announced his deputy request to the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan on the problem of cattle theft. Taking into account the deputy’s comments in 2019, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan On Amendments and Additions to Some Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the Improvement of the Criminal, Criminal Procedure Law and Enhancing the Protection of Personal Rights amended the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan with the introduction of a separate composition for cattle stealing by article 181-1. This supplement to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan delighted the villagers and farm managers.

In turn, entrepreneurs told the deputy about the facts of not allocating subsidies for water supply to peasant farms in 2019. In this regard, the RSE Kazvodkhoz” is preparing lawsuits against the heads of peasant farms. To positively resolve this issue, the peasants turned to the deputy.

In conclusion, the senator held a personal reception for 5 citizens and listened to their problems.
