PAVLODAR PETROCHEMICAL PLANT BROUGHT TO ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSIBILITY
The Committee for Atomic and Energy Supervision and Control conducted an inspection in relation to Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant LLP, the press service of the Ministry of Energy of Kazakhstan informs.
The inspection revealed that Pavlodar Petrochemical Plant LLP does not comply with the requirements of regulatory legal acts in the sphere of the use of atomic energy when handling devices and installations that generate ionizing radiation, and devices and installations containing radioactive substances.
Based on the results of the audit, a protocol on an administrative offense was compiled in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 297 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and an order was issued to eliminate the identified violations.
