Over 300 Cases of Passengers Carriage without Tickets Have Been Registered in Astana

All the cases of violations of the fare payment order do not remain without due attention of the capital’s transport control service, as informed by the media center of Astana Mayor’s Office.

“We respond to all the complaints and requests of passengers on the facts of non-delivery of tickets by conductors without any delay. There are facts that our employees directly identify on the spot that the conductor has not issued a ticket. Since the beginning of the year, the inspectors of the capital’s Transport Control Service have registered more than 300 cases of passengers without tickets,” – said Gulden Dzhussupbekova, the Deputy Head of Astana Transport Control Service, Branch of Astana LRT LLP.

In cases where the conductor does not issue a ticket to the passenger after payment, the inspectors of the transport control service draw up acts.

“Information on violations is sent to the capital’s bus fleets, to the inspectorate of the transport control of Astana, which has the right to impose a disciplinary penalty in accordance with Article 623 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Republic of Kazakhstan for carriage of passengers without issuance of tickets,” – G. Dzhussupbekova explains.
