281 apartments have been provided in the capital of Kazakhstan in the framework of the Regional Development Program until 2020 (earlier – “Affordable Housing – 2020”) since the beginning of 2016.
“At the same time, 179 apartments have been sold through “Housing Construction Savings Bank of Kazakhstan” JSC to all categories of the population, 102 apartments have been sold to those who were on the waiting list through “Samruk-Kazyna” Real Estate Fund JSC, – as reported in the capital’s Office of Housing and Utilities.
In addition, it was noted in the Office that housing provision at the expense of the return of apartments is continued within the framework of the state program of housing construction, based on the results of which 179 apartments have been provided to the priority categories of the population in 2016: civil servants, employees of state enterprises and institutions, as well as young families.
The Regional Development Program until 2020 has been developed in accordance with the Decree of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan in order to create conditions for the development of socio-economic potential of the region through the formation of rational territorial organization of the country, encouraging the concentration of the population and capital in the centers of economic growth.
