Olzhas Abishev appointed Deputy Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan
By Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Olzhas Abishev was appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Olzhas Abishev was born in 1983 in the city of Kyzylorda.
In 2004 he graduated from Kyzylorda State University, in 2005 form the Aulie Ata University, in 2006, 2010 from the Engineering College, Andong National University (South Korea). He has degrees in Economics and Informatics, Law.
He began his career in 2000.
In different years he worked in Kazagromarketing JSC, NC Kazakhstan Gharysh Sapary JSC, National Information Technologies JSC, National Medical Holding JSC, Center for Medical Technologies and Information Systems JSC, Center for Military Strategic Studies JSC, Astana Innovations JSC, at the Turan Astana University, as well as in commercial structures.
From September 2017 to the present, he was the Director General of RSE Republic’s Center for Digital Healthcare of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
