Nursultan Nazarbayev was presented with the continuation of the film “Equus: The Story of a Horse”
The picture was taken by a Canadian film crew under the direction of director, anthropologist N. Thomson and Kazakhstani producer, researcher N. Baymukhanov in our country with the involvement of domestic artists, actors, stuntmen, doublers, decorators. The film uses the music of the American composer D. Fang. The documentary tape on the basis of scientific research and modern information technologies reconstructed periods from the life of the ancient cultures that existed in the open spaces of Kazakhstan, whose vital activity was associated with the domestication of a horse. This process determined the creation of a new communication system for humanity and served as the beginning of active migrations, the birth of new ethnic groups and early states.
The hire of the documentary trilogy for national broadcasters in 50 countries, including Canada (CBC), USA (PBS), Germany (ZDF), France (ARTE), Denmark (DR), Kazakhstan (RTRC Qazaqstan) is scheduled for March 2019.
In addition, Nursultan Nazarbayev familiarized himself with the activities of the modernized press center of the Central Communications Service of the Ministry of Information and Communications, which is a multifunctional media platform equipped with the most modern professional equipment and fully integrated with the technological complex “Kazmedia ortalyky”.
