“Nurly Zhol” program commissions 43 objects of education in 2016- K.Bishimbayev
At the Government meeting Minister of National Economy of Kazakhstan Kuandyk Bishimbayev said that this year the “Nurly Zhol” program has put into service 43 objects of education, and another 10 facilities will be introduced before the year-end.
“The Head of State instructed by 2018 to eliminate three-shift education, reduce accident rate of schools, and by 2020 fully ensure children aged 3 to 6 with preschool education . In 2015-2016 the Government earmarked 77.3 billion tenge for construction of 96 education facilities, including 77 schools and 19 kindergartens. For these purposes in the current year local executive bodies were given 38 billion tenge out of 57.9 billion tenge, 34.8 billion tenge of which was disbursed, or 92% of the financing plan,” K.Bishimbayev said.
The Minister noted that Akimats of Akmola, Kostanai, Mangistau and West Kazakhstan regions and Almaty city have already disbursed the funds to the full.
“Currently, 43 education facilities, including 29 schools and 14 kindergartens, have already been commissioned across the country. By the year-end, 6 schools and 4 kindergartens will be put in service,” K.Bishimbayev said.
