Nurly Zhol disburses 435 billion tenge over 11 months
The funds allocated for Nurly Zhol will be disbursed at the national level almost in full, Minister of Finance Bakhyt Sultanov reported at the Government meeting chaired by Bakytzhan Sagintayev.
Over 11 months of 2016, Nurly Zhol program has disbursed 435 billion tenge or 92% of the annual volume. At the national level, the funds allocated for 2016 will be disbursed almost in full � by 99.9%, Minister of Finance noted.
According to B.Sultanov, local bodies have disbursed 215.5 billion tenge or 94.5% of the funds received, 12 billion tenge are not disbursed yet. The largest non-disbursed volume is in Mangystau and Aktobe regions. Among the outsiders are Almaty, Akmola and Atyrau regions as well. The main reason is schedule delay.
The funds received from the placement of government securities are disbursed by 87.4% – 25 billion tenge. 13 billion tenge need to be disbursed by the year-end, the speaker noted.
Todays regular meeting of the Government sums up social and economic development of the country over 11 months of 2016.
