Nurly Zhol: Application of funds improves in all directions and proceeds according to plan
During the briefing at the Government press center, Deputy Minister of National Economy Aybatyr Zhumagulov spoke about the implementation of the Nurly Zhol Infrastructure Development State Program for 2015-2019.
Aybatyr Zhumagulov said that application of funds in 7 months increased by 52.9 billion tenge and amounted to 179.4 billion tenge. Increase is observed in all areas within the framework of the implementation of the state program.
In road projects, application improves by 35.6 billion tenge (from 51.5 to 87.1 billion tenge). Overall, by the end of the year we expect full application of funds, and it is planned to put 602 km of roads into operation.
In the modernization of heat, water and sanitation systems, it increased by 5 billion tenge (from 29.3 billion to 34.3 billion tenge). In the period of 2017-2018, it is planned to build and reconstruct about 1248 km of networks, � A. Zhumagulov said.
According to the Deputy Minister, in the sphere of education, application increased by 11.3 (30.4 to 41.7 billion tenge), and it is planned to put into operation 70 facilities by year end. Application also increased in the bringing of infrastructure to business facilities within the framework of BRM 2020 by 1.01 billion tenge (from 0.29 to 1.3 billion tenge).
The speaker noted that for effective implementation of the Nurly Zhol State Program, the Ministry of National Economy will monitor application of allocated funds on a monthly basis.
Also Aybatyr Zhumagulov added that currently the application of funds is going according to the financing plan and by the end of the year it is expected that the planned values will be fully met.
