New Vice Minister of Defense and Aerospace Industry appointed
Dmitry Goloburda was appointed a Vice Minister of Defense and Aerospace Industry of Kazakhstan by the Governmental decree No.702 of November 14, 2016.
Born on July 17, 1973, D.Goloburda graduated in 1995 from the Al-Farabi Kazakh State National University with a degree in Jurisprudence.
1995-2009, Legislation Research Institute of the Ministry of Justice of Kazakhstan, government communications system; 2009-2012, the First Deputy Director of Center for Technical Support and Telecommunication Analysis RSE; 2012-2014, the First Deputy Director of Special Information Service, National Security Committee of Kazakhstan; April � October 2014, Deputy Chairman of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan of Communication and Information; 2014-2016, Deputy Chairman of the Committee for Communication, Informatization and Information of the Ministry of Investments and Development.
Prior to the appointment as the Vice Minister of Defense and Aerospace Industry, D.Goloburda had served as an Acting Chairman of the Committee for Public Control in the field of Communication, Informatization and Mass Media of the Ministry of Information and Communication of Kazakhstan.
The Ministry of Defense and Aerospace Industry was established in accordance with the Presidential Decree No.350 of October 6, 2016.
