New office of High-Tech Park opened in Bishkek
Digital transformation is the path to introduce new creative sectors of the economy through innovative solutions. A high role is played by the High-Tech Park and its residents, First Deputy Prime Minister of Kyrgyzstan Kubatbek Boronov told at the opening ceremony of the new office of the High-Tech Park, the press service of the government said.
According to the decree of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, 2019 has been declared the Year of Digitalization and Regional Development. A lot of work has been done by the Kyrgyz government in this direction. Over the past few years, we have been trying to pay close attention to both the development of the regions and the field of information technology. For this, first of all, it is necessary and important to create conditions. We have allocated a site and today we are participating in the opening of a new office. It is important for all the country’s IT companies to work in one place and together, he emphasized.
Boronov noted that the there are 77 High-Tech Parks. It employs more than 700 people. Synergy and pooling of resources is not just a trend, but an effective tool for the country’s sustainable development and digital transformation. As part of digitalization, we are striving for the transition of public administration into an electronic format. Today, work is being carried out, within the framework of the approved Roadmap, on the implementation of the Digital Kyrgyzstan concept. The role of the High-Tech Park specialists in further joint work is significant, the first vice prime minister emphasized.
Boronov noted that a new official website of the Kyrgyz government was developed by the programmers of the High-Tech Park.
The uniqueness of the content management system, using the latest technologies, will affect the safety and performance of this site. I sincerely believe that the new site of the High-Tech Park will become a center of attraction for innovative start-ups and projects. In turn, the Government will continue to support creative and talented people, creating the most comfortable conditions for them, concluded the First Deputy Prime Minister.
