In the management of control over the use and protection of land in Pavlodar region has changed the head. The Office led Alexander Babenko.
As head of the regional department for monitoring the use and protection of land, Alexander Babenko replaced Seytzhan Dzhumashev, who worked in this position since July 2016.
Alexander Babenko was born in 1966. In 1987, he graduated from the Karaganda Higher School of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR, in 2007 – the Academy of National Economy under the Government of the Russian Federation with a degree in Law. From 1983 to 1992, he served in the internal affairs bodies of the Republic of Kazakhstan. From 1992 to 2008, he worked as an individual entrepreneur, chairman of the supervisory board, general director of Tokkata LLP.
From April 2014 to May 2015, he was deputy head, head of the department of business, trade and tourism of Pavlodar region. Prior to his appointment to the new position he held the post of akim of Pavlodar region.
