NATD supported project on production of concrete products on new technology
According to information, “Yedintstvo” enterprise, with the support of the National Agency for Technological Development and the Ministry for Investments and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, has established a process for the production of reinforced concrete products using Italian technology.
The innovative grant in the amount of 59.2 million tenge was allocated for the acquisition of this advanced technology in 2015, while the grantee allocated over 74 million tenge out of its own funds for an implementation of the project.
“One of the advantages is the ability to produce concrete panels of different sizes and characteristics simultaneously, both for use inside and outside of the building. As a result, we get a perfectly smooth surface on both sides of the panel, which further excludes additional operations related to the surface finish,” Project Manager Zulfiya Khalitova notes.
The new technology allowed the company to increase the capacity of the enterprise to build residential panel houses to 40 thousand square meters per year. The production capacity of the enterprise for the production of concrete is more than 250 thousand cubic meters per year. The company also produces slabs, concrete piles, foundation blocks, ladder marches, well rings and other products. In the nearest future, the company plans to build 7 residential buildings using elements of large-panel housing construction. The project is also included in the Industrialization Map for 2015-2019 for North Kazakhstan region.
It should be noted that the National Agency for Technological Development (NATD) was created to assist in coordinating the processes of innovative development and providing state support measures. NATD is a part of the structure of “National managing holding “Baiterek” JSC.
