N.Nazarbayev met chairman of Spain’s Deputies Congress
The Head of State welcomed A. Pastor and thanked her for the visit to Kazakhstan and for the participation in the opening of the pavilion of Spain within the international exhibition EXPO-2017.
King of Spain Filipe VI took part in the opening of the exhibition, where 17 Heads of States and Governments of foreign countries also participated. We had an opportunity to meet within this event. His Majesty expressed a great interest to Kazakhstan and held several business meetings, Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
The President of Kazakhstan underlined good bilateral relations established between the two countries, productively developing relations in economy and policy, as well as noted the presence of the common views on the matters of the international agenda of the day.
During the visit of the King of Spain with his Majesty to Kazakhstan the representatives of business circles, the members of the Government of Spain came, who were able to held productive negotiations with the Kazakhstani counterparts, Nursultan Nazarbayev said.
The Head of State sent truly words of gratitude to King of Spain Filipe VI and to the Government of the country for the highest award, as well as expressed wishes of kind and success to King Juan Carlos I and to her spouse Queen Sophia.
In turn, the chairman of the Congress of Deputies of the Kingdom of Spain noted the stably warm relations between two countries and thanked for the traditionally friendly welcome, offered by the Spanish delegation.
About your work, efforts directed toward the development and prosperity of the country, I firstly knew from King of Spain Juan Carlos I. To date, your country has achieved great successes due to your work. Exactly at that time, King of Spain Juan Carlos told about the necessity to establish business relations with collogues from Kazakhstan, A. Pastor said.
The chairman of the Congress of Deputies of the Kingdom of Spain has also sent to Nursultan Nazarbayev on behalf of the Royal family the warmest wishes.
