Nursultan Nazarbayev called on his colleagues from the Central Asian countries to unite the potential of the states.
“Kazakhstan has always strived for close economic cooperation with all its neighbors, especially with the countries of Central Asia, with whom we have a common history, culture, world view and attitude. The advantage of such meetings for our peoples is obvious. First, the unification of the potential of our states is beneficial for all peoples living here. Secondly, an increase in intraregional trade and complementary economy is profitable. Thirdly, the strengthening of regional security is of concern to all of us. Fourthly, it is the rapprochement of the peoples of our region, closely related historically, ethnically and culturally. In general, world practice and regional cooperation show that it serves the people”, the Head of State noted.
The President also noted that it was possible to establish a five-way dialogue between the heads of foreign affairs ministries.
“These consultations showed the common desire for dialogue, the pooling of efforts”, the President of Kazakhstan stressed.
