Mass poisoning in Suzak. 106 people turned to doctors, 16 were hospitalized

In the village of Bek-Abad, Suzak district, Jalal-Abad region, there was a massive poisoning, 106 people applied for medical help, 16 were hospitalized. The Kabar agency was informed about this by the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic.

According to them, according to the preliminary version, the poisoning occurred during a solemn event.

“So, it is suspected that the guests of the celebration and their relatives were poisoned with horse meat, which was treated at the celebration,” the ministry said.

It is specified that the remaining 90 people receive treatment on an outpatient basis.

Currently, appropriate measures are being taken to establish the cause of the poisoning.
