LEGISLATION IMPROVEMENTS WILL UPGRADE TOURISM DEVELOPMENT IN THE COUNTRY KAZAKH MAZHILIS SPEAKER
A meeting of the Mazhilis Bureau was chaired by Speaker Nurlan Nigmatulin, at which a draft agenda for the upcoming plenary meeting of deputies has been formed, Strategy2050.kz reports with reference to the press service of the lower house of the Kazakh Parliament.
Mazhilis deputies have been offered to discuss legislative amendments on tourism issues in the first reading.
According to the Mazhilis Speaker, improvements in domestic legislation in the field of tourism will contribute to the development of tourism.
Legal conditions are aimed to be created to stimulate the development of domestic and inbound tourism, to determine measures of state support for the tourism industry, as well as the regulation of outbound tourism by establishing optimal requirements.
In addition, Mazhilis deputies are due to consider a package of ratification bills, including the Protocol on the accession of Armenia to the Agreement on the introduction of uniform forms of vehicle passports, self propelled vehicles and the organization of electronic passport systems. The package also includes the Kazakh Uzbek intergovernmental treaty on labour activity and the protection of the rights of migrant Uzbek workers in Kazakhstan and migrant Kazakh workers who are in Uzbekistan.
The lower house is to appoint the profile committee the terms of preparation of conclusions on new bills. These are the amendments developed by the deputies on issues of protecting motherhood and childhood, as well as innovations regarding audit activities.
