Kyrgyzstan’s foreign trade turnover makes $ 5 bln since beginning of 2019
According to preliminary data, in January-September of 2019, Kyrgyzstan’s foreign trade turnover has amounted to $ 5million, Head of the Department of Economic Statistics and National Accounts of the National Statistics Committee Elvira Isenkulova said during the press conference in Bishkek.
According to her data, there has been decrease by 2.8% in comparison with the same period last year, export supplies increased by 11.7%, while import revenues, on the contrary, decreased by 7.3%.
The volume of mutual trade of the republic with the EAEU member states in January-September 2019 amounted to $1 billion 960.1 million, and decreased by 2.9% compared to the same period of 2018.
At the same time, this period have seen a decline in both export supplies by 3.6% and import revenues – by 2.8%. The largest share of mutual trade of the republic with the EAEU member states was in Russia, its share is 61.4% and Kazakhstan – 36.4%,” Isenkulova added.
