Kyrgyzstan exported 3 thsd tons more goods this year compared to 2021
In six months of 2022, Kyrgyzstan exported 3 thousand tons more goods than in the past, the Ministry of Agriculture of the republic reported.
Thus, in the first half of this year, exports were 279 thousand 323 tons, and in 2021 – 276 thousand 225 tons. Thus, in 2022, 3 thousand 98 tons more were exported in 6 months.
“Kyrgyzstan mainly exported vegetables. Products from Chui, Issyk-Kul, Osh, Batken, Talas Oblasts of the country were exported to member states of the Eurasian Economic Union and third countries,” the ministry said.
Among vegetables the most exported agricultural products are carrots, mainly exported from Chui Oblast to Russia, Kazakhstan and Belarus.
Cabbage, onions, bell peppers and tomatoes are also exported to Russia and Kazakhstan.
