“Financial benefits play a significant role, but social cohesion is more vital. President Nursultan Nazarbayev clearly understands that it is necessary to improve the living conditions of socially vulnerable segments of the population, which will also contribute to the economic growth of Kazakhstan. Thus, he pays special attention to meeting the basic needs of the people, such as housing, higher education, increasing wages and improving the amenities of those in need. Obviously, in the light of comprehensive modernization of the country, the President is trying to cover all areas of development.

Often socially vulnerable segments of the population have to “shout” to be heard. In this case, it is noteworthy that the President understands what bothers them, and takes concrete measures to improve the conditions of their lives. This is a clear example of the provision of equal opportunities, through paying attention at more vulnerable categories. Kazakhstan will only benefit from these initiatives, as the people will be united in the further development of the country,” writes Santosh Kumar, Honorary Secretary of the Singapore Press Club.

Realization of the program will fill the constitutional norm about the “social state” with a new content the IRP
