We remind that the Constitutional Law “On the State Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan” was adopted on December 16, 1991. The country received the legal registration of the status of an independent, democratic and legal state, which has full authority on its territory, independently defining and conducting the internal and external policies.

The Declaration of the 25th anniversary of Independence adopted by the Parliament became an important political and legal document, which reflects our great achievements and victories”, the President of Kazakhstan said.
The President of Kazakhstan emphasized the progressive social development.
“We have formed the unique model of peace and harmony. Born under the public will of the people, the Assembly has gathered under its wing all ethnic groups. The main thing – we create a just society in which everyone can say: “I am a citizen of Kazakhstan, this is my country, I build my happiness here”, the President said.
