Issues of improving the effectiveness of state support for non-primary exports discussed in the Government

Today in Ukimet Uyi, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev held a meeting on the promotion of non-primary exports and ensuring affordable lending.

The meeting participants discussed the creation of a new model of export support on the principle of a “one-stop-shop” in order to ensure greater coverage of entities and improve the effectiveness of state support measures. With regards to affordable lending, the discussion covered measures taken to develop competitive production of goods and services, develop the economy of simple things to meet the needs of the population in the framework of the President’s Address Growing Welfare of Kazakh Citizens: Increase in Income and Quality of Life.

Reports on the agenda items were delivered by the Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development Zh. Kassymbek, Minister of National Economy T. Suleimenov. The discussion saw participation of First Deputy Prime Minister A. Mamin, Deputy Prime Minister – Minister of Agriculture U. Shukeyev, Chairman of NCE Atameken A. Myrzakhmetov, Chairman of the JSC Kazakhstan Institute of Industry Development D. Zhunusuva, Chairman of NMH Baiterek JSC, A. Arifkhanov, and others.
