In Kokshetau old park to be restored
“The first stage of construction of the park, formerly known as “Fighters for Soviet Power” started in 2015. During this time, the sports-utility building and the building of the bathrooms were built. For the construction of these facilities from the budget 104 million 982 thousand tenge was allocated,” the report noted.
The total area of the park makes 25 hectares. The territory provides the organization of walking paths, grounds for the installation of attractions and pavilions for various purposes, flower beds. The interests and sports fans will be taken into account. For them, it is planned to build a skiing track, football and basketball fields and much more.
A total of 592 million 345 thousand tenge will be allocated for construction and assembly works of the second stage.
Also, in Kokshetau 2 squares – “Square of Railwaymen” in the vicinity of Locomotive Street and in the FCC district on Abay Street will be layed out. Their layout will be represented by a combination of flower beds, lawns, paths, small architectural forms. These recreational facilities will soon become the favorite venues for residents and guests.
It should be noted that the Governor’s Office pays special attention to the construction and design of the regional center of Kokshetau. All significant projects of perspective construction were examined at the architectural and town planning council of Kokshetau.
