The Government meeting chaired by the Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Bakytzhan Sagintayev considers the legislative work plan for 2017.

The legislative work plan for 2016 involved the development and introduction to the Parliament of 26 bills. However, within a year several bills were excluded due to the need to further finalization and explanatory work among the population. 7 bills were herewith updated in legislative work plan for 2017.

According to the Minister of Justice Marat Beketayev, the legislative work plan of the Government for 2017 provides for the development and introduction to the Parliament of 28 bills.

The grounds for working out draft law are the instructions of the Head of State and Government leadership, as well as the results of legal monitoring.
