First Deputy Prime Minister partakes in EEC Council meeting

The First Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Askar Mamin took part today in a regular videoconference of EEC Council.

Conference agenda included 19 issues.

The member countries made a number of important decisions related to customs and tariff regulation, industry and agriculture, energy, intellectual property and information in the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU).

The meeting paid special attention to the development and export of agricultural machinery and equipment in EAEU member states. The questions shall be introduced for consideration of Heads of EAEU member states.

The participants also discussed the issues of Eurasian Development Banks financing of cooperation projects with integrative potential. Council members adopted a decree on establishing a working group for considering and selecting relevant cooperation projects.

Implementation of these solutions will contribute to the overall industrial development of all EAEU member states.

The meeting participants adopted win-win solutions for all the issues discussed aimed at further EAEU development.
