EKR launched campaign to create agricultural cooperatives
Private farms association provides villagers with additional subsidies, compensation of up to 50% of the cost of the equipment, the expansion of the market for their products through the creation of a network of milk collection points.
At a press conference chief expert of the Ministry of Agriculture of Kazakhstan Samat Kairbekov talked about new approaches of state support.
“Big companies are not interested in the work with the private farms, as it is not profitable for them to collect the products. Cooperatives will provide an opportunity to increase the volume of products to combine it in a single center. So, it will be easier for companies to purchase products in one place at a fixed price. It is also beneficial for the villagers. The cooperative is based on the voluntary introduction, democratic management”, – said S. Kairbekov.
As the expert explained, the agricultural cooperatives of private farms will be held after the creation of networks of milk collection points and family feedlots. Also villagers will be able to engage the workpiece wool and skins, fruits, bee-keeping, poultry farming family, commercial fish farming.
