EEC intends to develop coop with Africa
Tatiana Valovaya briefed the colleagues on the development of the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU) and plans to deepen the integration until 2025.
EEC Minister emphasized the interest in the formalization of the Commission’s relations with the states and integration associations in Africa.
“EAEU experience may be useful for the integration structures in Africa, as the African experience – for the EAEU”, – said T. Valovaya.
Rwandan Ambassador spoke about the prospects of integration of the country and invited the EEC to intensify relations with key integration structures in the region – the African Union and the East African Community.
It should be noted that the African Union – an international intergovernmental organization founded in 2002. It unites 54 countries of Africa.
