Doctors and businessmen told senators about their problems


adopted by Parliament.

Deputies of the Senate of the Parliament Nurlan Beknazarov and Aigul Kapbarova familiarized themselves with the work of the cardiology center of the city of Shymkent.

Not only residents of Shymkent, but also patients of Turkestan, Kyzylorda, and Zhambyl regions receive treatment at the Cardiocenter. Patients are treated by more than 300 doctors. Most doctors studied abroad.

Senators discussed with doctors the new State Program for the Development of Healthcare of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 2020 2025 and answered a number of questions from doctors.

The head of the cardiology center said that it was necessary to modernize MRI devices, as well as to build a new center building.

Senators also visited the special economic zone Ontustik, where they visited the AGF Group enterprise. The purpose of the economic zone is to support business and remove existing barriers.

The company “AGF Group” has been on the market for more than 10 years and employs 250 employees. The volume of production is more than 3 million products per year, where various types of products are produced from school uniforms to mosquito nets. Senators were informed that the company has problems importing and exporting products, with the purchase of raw materials and the state duty of goods sent to EU countries.
