Dinara Scheglova appointed Deputy Minister of Information and Communication of the Republic of Kazakhstan
By Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Dinara Scheglova was appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Information and Communication of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Dinara Scheglova was born in 1982 in the city of Semey, East Kazakhstan region. In 2004 she graduated from the L.N.Gumilev Eurasian National University, in 2007 from the T. Ryskulov Kazakh Economic University, in 2012 – from the Kazakh University of Economics, Finance and International Trade.
She has a bachelor’s degree in management, information systems.
She began her career in 2001. She worked in commercial structures for various years.
In 2008-2009 worked as consultant to the World Bank Office in Kazakhstan.
From 2011 to 2018 – Chief Manager, Director of the Informatization Service Model Department, Managing Director, Adviser to the Chairman of the Board of JSC National Infocommunication Holding Zerde.
From January 2018 to the present, she held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Board of NIH Zerde JSC.
