The delegation from Osh got acquainted with advanced technologies in the field of digitalization of public services, modern industrial production in Tashkent.

During the official visit of Mayor of Kyrgyzstan’s southern capital of Osh city Almaz Mambetov to Tashkent, he got acquainted with the activities of a number of socially significant enterprises, institutions and organizations.

Thus, a delegation from Osh visited the state unitary enterprise “Toshshakharnur”, which controls the operation of outdoor lighting systems in Tashkent. They got acquainted with the system of centralized control and electronic monitoring of street lighting systems. The enterprise employs about 800 people who serve more than 136,000 light points.

Further, the delegation got acquainted with the activities of the State Enterprise “Toshshahartranskhizmat”, which provides public transport for the population of Tashkent and its suburbs, as well as a fleet of buses and electric buses.

In addition, the Osh city delegation visited Technopark LLC, which unites 17 high-tech export-oriented and import-substituting industries for industrial products and household appliances. On the part of this enterprise, an initiative was proposed to implement a project to introduce a system of digital gas meters, projects in the field of elevator equipment.

Together with deputies of the city kenesh and heads of communal services, they got acquainted with the infrastructure of the new modern park “Yangi Uzbekistan”, which is focused on increasing the interest of young people in music, literature and other arts. During the trip, Almaz Mambetov noted that it is necessary to actively learn from the experience of Tashkent colleagues.
