Daryn Tuyakov appointed Deputy Minister of Information and Communication of the Republic of Kazakhstan
By Decree of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Daryn Tuyakov was appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Information and Communication of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Daryn Tuyakov was born in 1969 in the village of Ucharal, Alakol district of Almaty region.
In 1990 he graduated from the Leningrad Higher Military-Political School of Air Defence named after Yu. V. Andropov, in 1997 � from Al-Farabi KazNU, in 2007 � from the International Academy of Business, in 2014 � from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration (RANEPA). He is a trained lawyer and legal theorist.
He began his career in 1990 as Deputy Commander of a separate radar recon company of the Radiotechnical Air Defense Forces.
He worked in the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Justice, in commercial entities in Almaty, in JSC Kazakhtelecom.
Prior to his appointment, he held the post of Chief Director and Chief of Staff of JSC Kazakhtelecom.
He is a recipient of medals Astananyn 10 Zhyldyghy, 20 Years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan. He holds the honorary title of Uzdik Bailanysshy for his personal contribution to the development of the industry.
