COVID-19 IN KAZAKHSTAN: SITUATION ON JUNE 17

As of 11:59 pm on June 16, 350 new COVID-19 cases have been registered in Kazakhstan. The growth rate amounts to 2.3% among symptomatic carriers, Strategy2050.kz reports with reference to coronavirus2020.kz.

Of these,

Nur-Sultan – 87 (3.0%)

Karaganda region – 52 (3.3%)

Pavlodar region – 41 (10.7%)

Almaty – 35 (1.1%)

Akmola region – 22 (10.7%)

West Kazakhstan region – 21 (2.1%)

Atyrau region – 17 (1.3%)

East Kazakhstan region – 12 (4.5%)

Zhambyl region – 9 (1.8%)

Shymkent – 9 (0.8%)

Aktobe region – 8 (1.5%)

Kostanay region – 8 (3.4%)

North Kazakhstan region – 8 (6.8%)

Almaty region – 7 (1.3%)

Kyzylorda region – 7 (1.4%)

Mangistau region – 4 (1.0%)

Turkestan region – 3 (0.6%).

As of today, 15,542 cases of coronavirus infection have been registered in the country:
